In my blog, I was always bitching about what I thought was a miserable life, dedicated to work essentially. After seeing this canadian document made by Jessica Leeder called Behind The Veil.
I pity myself for complaining about insignificant problems. This document shows how women in Afghanistan face at a young age forced marriage, sold by their own family to men three times their age, it also shows how they struggle to live in those conditions: beaten and humiliated by everyone
It’s a true story that unveil the hidden truth about women conditions in stigmatized oppressive country like Afghanistan, sadly this phenomena exist in all Arabic muslims countries even Tunisia. A lot of tunisian women suffer in silence, their voices suffocated, and they have no one to speak on their behalf.
